OAKS Alerts announces various system modifications, enhancements and outages, new job aid postings, and other helpful information suggested by members of the OAKS program management office (PMO). In addition to being posted on the OAKS website, these items are emailed to AIT/M-AIT Agency Liaisons and agency leadership, as appropriate.

Issue: EPM HCM Clean-up this weekend. 9/24/2009 1:21 PM
Due to the recent Vacation Leave, Personal Leave, Sick Leave and Comp Time issues, the following tables need to be refreshed: Employee Master table, Leave Accrual table, and Payable Time table. The EPM team has identified the issues with the Employee Master and Leave Accrual tables. These issues are scheduled to be fixed this weekend. The EPM team is working to resolve the Payable Time table issue and an update will be sent out as soon as the issue is resolved. OAKS Communications will post a notification as soon as the issue is resolved.
