OAKS Phase
1: Planning |

During the planning
phase, the OAKS project team established a program management
office, formed functional area and integrated project
teams, created project plans to serve as a blueprint for
OAKS efforts, and identified liaisons who would assist
in communicating OAKS information to participating agencies.
The initial version of the OAKS Web site was also released
during this phase. All of this initial work has continued
to evolve as the project has moved forward; the most current
versions are shown below.
