Lesson 3: Quick Steps: Using Workflow |
When you click a link for a Word, PDF, PowerPoint, Simulation, or Excel file
you'll see a pop-up window which asks if you want to open, run, or save this
file.
You need to run or open the file, so click Open or Run.
When you open a Simulation this pop-up is followed by a second
pop-up which tells you that the publisher could not be verified.
This is expected, you still want to run the file. Click Run again.
Once you've opened the Simulation you see a PeopleSoft User Productivity
Kit window. Use the Outline frame, on the left side, to find the
simulation you want to use. Click the small plus sign (+) next
to a title to display more of the outline; you may need to click
the plus sign for more than one title to find the simulation you
want to use.
More instructions for using an OAKS Simulation are found in these
